Job Description

 RESPONSBILITIES -

  •    Providing administrative and HR related formalities support and other ad hoc projects

  •    Updating and maintaining proper HR records including new hiring, transfers, terminations, appraisals, vacation and all leave record.

  •    Assisting recruitment processes, including the preparation of contract, accounts open, onboarding process, etc

  •    Assisting training activities, including to handle training materials, update and maintain related records, supporting the training operation, etc

  •    Assisting funding administrative work including application, progress reporting, financial reporting, etc

  •    Performing procurement duties and maintain the inventory of office supplies to support the daily operation of office

  •    Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments

REQUIREMENTS -

  •    Higher diploma education or above

  •    2+ year of hands-on experience in administrative support or HR Generalist

Job Description -

  • The role of Data Scientist is to collect, link and analyse information modelling, geospatial data and IoT data management.

  • He/she will be responsible for the development of new forms of data linking and analysis with our company Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform.

  • Academic qualifications in Master level in Computer Science and applications, statistics, analytics and mathematics. For Chief Data Scientist, in addition to the above, a Doctoral Degree in BIM, data capture, platform development and A.I. is required.

  • Knowledge (essential) and experience (desirable): design and development of databases, data warehouses and multidimensional databases, statistical analysis and data mining, data integration, data mapping, APIs, mobile and web applications.

  • High proficiency in mainstream programming language: C/C++, C#.

BIM Engineer / Senior BIM Engineer

​

OPPORTUNUTIES -

To perform R&D works on the development a CDE platform for a whole life cycle carbon emission management covering the operational stage of built assets for the construction and real estate industry. This will enable the management of real-time data and integration of advanced technologies (A.I. and blockchain) for achieving carbon neutrality. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive literature review on carbon emission in the built environment
    Investigation on BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE) development for realising cabon management

  • Design of the framework of the CDE platform for the management of carbon emission which complies with relevant standards

  • Development of CDE platform to integrate with data / information management related to carbon emission management of a built asset

  • Implementation of the developed platform in projects

  • Research and development of AI to integrate with the CDE platform for the management of Carbon emission, including monitoring, automatic reporting and warning, of a built asset.
     

REQUIREMENTS -

  • Master's degree or above in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction/ Civil/ Structural/ Building Services or related disciplines

  • Assistant grade if no CCBM or equivalent
